Additives for the base layer for vibro-pressed products by MTC Concrete

MTC Concrete offers specialized PCE-based additives designed for the main structural layer of vibro-pressed concrete elements such as paving slabs, block pavers, curbstones, and architectural elements. The focus is on optimizing internal compaction and reinforcing the product’s base strength and durability.

The main layer carries the core structural function, determining product stability, load-bearing capacity, and resistance to environmental factors. With these additives, manufacturers can reduce cement content by up to 20 %, while maintaining or improving compressive strength and density.
